Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facility Manager to oversee operations across Dropp warehouse locations. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving performance, efficiency, and compliance across facilities while leading local management teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-site logistics operations, with the ability to scale infrastructure and talent to match Dropp's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support warehouse managers and supervisors across regional facilities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with safety, labor, and client fulfillment requirements across all sites.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans where needed.
  • Manage staffing, training, and resource allocation across multiple facilities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to plan expansion, capacity scaling, and process innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, or business required.
  • 7+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with 3+ years managing multiple sites.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver results in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory workflows, and 3PL operations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across facilities.
