Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Merchant Success Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. You'll work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment operations, while also getting exposure to warehouse processes, systems, and account management best practices. No prior logistics experience is required — we will train you — but you must be able to demonstrate strong self-learning ability, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to try new things.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned client accounts on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with system configuration, workflow setup, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Learn end-to-end fulfillment operations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required).
• Ability to prove self-learning capability (e.g., through prior work, projects, or training achievements).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and learn unfamiliar tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
