Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring inbound shipments are unloaded, inspected, and processed accurately into our warehouse management system. The ideal candidate will bring proven warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and inspect inbound shipments, verifying counts and product condition against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Accurately label, barcode, and record products into the WMS for inventory control.
  • Organize received goods into appropriate storage locations while maintaining warehouse flow.
  • Communicate with supervisors and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies or quality issues.
  • Support compliance with safety standards and internal warehouse procedures.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits to maintain high levels of accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a 3PL setting.
  • Strong skills in receiving, inventory accuracy, and warehouse workflows.
  • Familiarity with WMS systems and RF scanning technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety compliance standards and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
