Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead fulfillment operations across one of Dropp's high-volume facilities. This role oversees supervisors and associates, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven success in scaling warehouse operations, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement in a 3PL environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and order accuracy.
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of supervisors and warehouse associates.
- Implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce errors, and lower costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and performance metrics.
- Partner with client services, transportation, and technology teams to resolve issues and improve service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, with 2+ years in a management role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and 3PL operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment.
