Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our fulfillment center. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The ideal candidate brings prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or 3PL setting, with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, pick-and-pack, and shipping.
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Monitor workflow and adjust labor resources to meet demand fluctuations.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across the warehouse floor.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and WMS usage.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members.
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, RF scanners, and warehouse workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
